About

Five Element Nature

Five Element Nature focuses in on air, fire, earth, water, and ether, the building blocks of our bodies and our connection to nature. These five elements are the unifying thread between the sister sciences of yoga and Ayurveda.  These proven ancient practices are timeless and relevant in our modern lives. A look into these principles from the past allows you to make informed decisions that lead to feeling good and feeling well throughout the seasons.

What it looks like in daily life is food and lifestyle choices working in tandem to cultivate balance and promote health.

The path to health and healing is individualized since each person has a unique constitution. Hearing the latest health trends about superfoods doesn't mean everyone should go out and start eating kale salads for lunch everyday or doing a difficult pretzle-y yoga pose. Depending on each person's unique body constitution make-up different practices bring each of us into balance. An awareness of your personal blue-print will help you make the best choices and achieve wellness. With this knowledge, you can proactively steer yourself away from dis-ease. It's an active step toward personal health and healing in the mind and body.
